Heard Sri Alluri Raghu Rama Aurava, for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Irrigation) for respondents.
2. The petitioner claims to be pattadar and possessor of an extent of Ac.1.00 in Sy.No.214 of Bonakal Village and Mandal of Khammam District. The petitioner complains that the respondents as part of implementing 'Mission Kakathiya' and restoring 'Oora Cheruvu', are changing the physical features of subject matter of the writ petition and the same is without recourse to law.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the petitioner relies upon the tender dated 20.03.2015 having regard to the time schedule within which the work has to be completed, by now the work would have been completed, the writ petition is filed on mere apprehension. Further, the respondents are not interfering with the subject matter of the writ petition for the present and if work is to be executed in Sy.No.214, the execution will be in accordance with law. The statement is placed on record and accepted.
4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
