THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24134 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated Societies have been permitted by the respondents herein to transport the sand by way of boats for supply to the needy people. It is further submitted that the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 03.09.2017 to the District Collector, East Godavari District-third respondent herein, for redressal of its grievance, but no action has been taken so far. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the District Collector, East Godavari Districtthird respondent herein may be directed to consider the representation, dated 03.09.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to verify the representation, dated 03.09.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
