HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 3869 of 2004 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner had attained the age of superannuation and the petitioner is challenging the orders of reversion dated 11.02.2004. It is also noticed that there is no interim direction granted by this Court.

With the above observation, this Court is of the considered view that since the petitioner has retired from service, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
