This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner, to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.12 of 2015 on the file of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar. 2 .

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ wife is present and would submit that the dispute between the husband and the wife in D.V.C.No.12 of 2015 on the file of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, has been settled out of Court and that the said Domestic Violence Case is not pending before the Court below.

Under these circumstances, there is nothing to adjudicate in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
