THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3343 of 2016 ORDER :

Challenge in this Civil Revision Petition is the order rendered by the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Thorrur, Warangal District, in I.A.No.250 of 2014 in I.A.No.201 of 2014 in O.S.No.69 of 2014, dated 06.05.2016.

Respondent No.1, who is the plaintiff to the suit, filed an interlocutory application under Section 151 C.P.C. for grant of police aid for implementation of the order that was passed in I.A.No.201 of 2014. The request of respondent No.1/plaintiff was honoured and police protection, as sought for, was granted. Aggrieved by the said order, the revision petitioner, who is respondent No.1 in the said interlocutory application and defendant No.1 to the suit, is before this Court.

Despite service of notice upon respondent No.1/plaintiff, he failed to make his appearance.

On this day, learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the suit is of the year 2014 and the petitioner requires no further orders in the revision petition, except expeditious disposal of the suit. 5.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the following direction : 6.

The Court of Junior Civil Judge, Thorrur, Warangal District, is directed to dispose of the suit O.S.No.69 of 2014 that is pending on the file of the said Court within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
