This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the manufacturing, distribution and sale of the petitioner's products of GIGA PLUS, ROOTER, SUPER KILLER, BIO ZIM-GR, NO MITE, WASH OUT, CUT OFF, ALOUT, BI-TERA, BLOOMER, KOBRA, ABHAY, ALLROUNDER, GANDIVA, DHEERA, ITS WOW, SPARK, KOHINOOR, YODHA, RAADO, AGNI, AMARAVATHI SP, A, POLO, JAGUAR, X-PERT, XLENT, ZET-LEE, LAY DOWN, MITHRA, COMMANDO, ALEX, FUNGI-STAR, CHECK as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and admitted to by the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture for the respondents that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch dated 10.07.2015.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the common order dated 10.07.2015 in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch. Office shall annex a copy of the order in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch to this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
