HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 23944 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) With the consent of the learned counsel for both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal. The writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 08.02.2018 in O.A.No. 4491 of 2016 whereby the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, while dismissing the application filed by the petitioner, has given him 15 days' time from the date of receipt of a copy of the order to submit his willingness in terms of Paragraph No.6 of G.O.Ms.No. 969, General Administration (Services-A) Department, dated 27.10.1995, as called for by the 3rd respondent by way of impugned Notice No.EC-3/ 1730/ 2012, dated 23.12.2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that 15 days' time be given to the petitioner to give his willingness, and till then, he may be allowed to continue in the post of Typist.
Since the petitioner is not disputing the order passed by the Tribunal and only seeking two weeks' time to submit his willingness, we hereby grant two weeks' time from today to the petitioner to submit his willingness in terms of Paragraph No.6 of the orders issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.
SKK,J & AKS,J WP._23944_2018 969, General Administration (Services-A) Department, dated 27.10.1995, as directed by the learned Tribunal in the impugned order.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
