THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23774 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.

2. This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not registering the FIR on a complaint given by the petitioner on 27.02.2015.

3. Admittedly the petitioner had already filed O.S.No.48 of 2014 before the Additional District Judge, Narsapuram and later it was transferred to the Court of District Judge at Bheemavaram and it is admittedly pending.

4. Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies in the said suit, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
