VINOD KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK TREVC Nos.76 & 190 of 2009 and 20 of 2010 COMMON ORDER:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw these TREVCs, since the petitioner in all these cases has availed the One Time Settlement Scheme introduced by the State of Telangana for settlement of disputes.

In view of the above said submission, these TREVCs are dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
