Against the orders passed by the Project Director terminating the employment of the petitioner as a Field Assistant on 17.07.2014, the present Writ Petition is filed. The order dated 17.07.2014 is an appealable order. If the petitioner prefers an Appeal within a period of 15 days from today to the District Collector, Kurnool, the same may be entertained on merits instead of dismissing it only on the ground that there was a delay in preferring the said Appeal. With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
