THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1033 OF 2015 O R D E R :

It is stated by the counsel for petitioner and the Standing Counsel for respondent-Bhimavaram Municipal Corporation that the said Corporation had removed the encroachment on the master plan road adjacent to plot Nos.5 and 6 in Layout No.169/82 of Rayalam Revenue Village, Balusumudi, Bimavaram, West Godavari District.

2. In view of the said action of the respondents, I am of the opinion that it is not a fit case to punish the respondents for Contempt of Court.

3. Therefore, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
