Company Application No.1547 is filed by Vijaya Diagnostic private Limited (VDPL) (First Transferor Company) and Company Application No.1550 of 2015 is filed by Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Private Limited (VDCPL) (Transferee Company) for a direction to convene the meetings of equity shareholders, secured and unsecured creditors for considering the scheme of arrangement. This Court by order, dated 29.9.2015, has appointed the Chairpersons for holding the meetings referred to above.

The Chairpersons have filed separate reports, dated 21.11.2015 before this Court. These reports are, accordingly, taken on record and the Company Applications stand disposed of.
