This Criminal Petition is filed, by the petitioner/accused No.4, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking regular bail in Crime No.58 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Ramachandrapuram Police Station, Sangareddy District. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
