This Criminal Revision Case is preferred by the petitioner-P.W.1, under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. against the judgment dated 30.03.2007 in Sessions Case No.322 of 2006 on the file of the VIII Additional Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry, whereby the learned Sessions Judge found unofficial respondents 2 to 4, 6 to 8-A.1 to A.3 and A.5 to A.7, not guilty of the offences with which they were charged in the Sessions Case and accordingly acquitted them of the said offences. 2.

Heard and perused the record.

Sri Somasekhar, Advocate representing Sri Ch.Dhanamjaya, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that a Division Bench of this Court, vide judgment dated 11.11.2008 in Criminal Appeal No.1392 of 2008, dismissed the appeal preferred by the respondent-State challenging the aforesaid judgment of acquittal. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision as, already, there is a finding in the Criminal Appeal by a Division Bench of this Court. There is nothing to take a different view. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as in fructuous.
