The grievance of the petitioners is that the LRS application being LRS Application No.G1/710/LRS/660/MCK/2016, dated 30-01-2016 filed seeking for regularization of Plot No.49/9 situated at Sy.No.811, Kamareddy Town, made as long back as on 20-012016, has not been disposed by the authorities till date. Hence, this writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and the learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation.

Inasmuch as the petitioners are seeking consideration of their LRS application made on 30-01-2016, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the said application in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
