THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.15544 of 2006 ORDER :

When the matter was called on 30.01.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter. 2 .

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
