This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:
"to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in not concluding the process of issuance of NoObjection Certificate (NOC) to the Petitioners, applied for vide the Petitioners' application, dated 11.3.2015, 26.5.2015 and Reminder Letter dated 24.7.2015, for establishment of the 2nd petitioner college as arbitrary, illegal, violative of Articles 14 and 30(1) of the Constitution of India, and for a consequential direction to the 2nd Respondent to issue the No - Objection Certificate to the Petitioners forthwith so as to enable the Petitioners to commence the D. El. Ed Course for the Academic Year 2016-2017."
2. When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Education that vide orders dated 01.08.2015 the Commissioner and Director of School Education, State of Telangana, rejected the request of the petitioner herein.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner herein to assail the said rejection order, if the petitioner is so advised. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
