HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7675 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that respondent No.4 is not receiving the sale deed presented by the petitioner for the purpose of registration in respect of the subject land and he has not assigned any reason also for the said purpose.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that respondent No.4 will receive the documents submitted by the petitioner for registration, if it is presented within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and then pass orders under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908, in case respondent No.4 does not wish to register it. In view of the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to receive the documents submitted by the petitioner for registration within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in case respondent No.4 does

not wish to register it, he shall pass an order under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908, giving reasons why he does not wish to register it, within four weeks from the date of receipt of the documents by him. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
