Against respondent Nos.1, 6 and 7, the appeal was dismissed for default by the order dated 19.11.2015.

Sri Ravi Shankar Jandhyala, learned standing for respondent No.8, insurance company, is present.

However, there is no representation for the appellant despite notifying the present matter in the advance cause list and re-notifying it in the present cause list.

Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
