O R D E R

The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the revenue authorities in mutating his name in the revenue records in relation to the land admeasuring Ac.4.20 guntas in Survey No.128/A of Chinnaravula Pally Village, Bibinagar Mandal, Bhongir-Yadadri District. The record reflects that the petitioner made an online application in this regard on 20.01.2018. The petitioner also submitted his application in Form-6(A) dated 09.02.2018 through Mee Seva. It is therefore clear that the petitioner adhered to the procedure prescribed by the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 in making his application. Having received the same, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Bibinagar Mandal, Bhongiri-Yadadri District, to sleep over his application indefinitely.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Bibinagar Mandal, Bhongiri-Yadadri District, to take appropriate action on the petitioner's applications dated 20.01.2018 and 09.02.2018 as per norms. This exercise shall be completely expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
