This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.), is filed by the petitioners/A-1 and A-2, for grant of bail in NDPS.SC.No.51 of 2019 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) read with 20(b), 28 and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A-1 and A-2, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Earlier, the petitioners filed Crl.P.Nos.2942 and 5308 of 2019 and both were dismissed by this Court on 02.08.2019 and 17.09.2019 respectively.

While dismissing Crl.P.No.5308 of 2019 on 17.09.2019, this Court directed the trial Court to commence trial on day-to-day basis without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties and to conclude trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from that day.

In the light of the above direction, this Criminal Petition is dismissed with a further direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial by the end of March, 2020. It is made clear that if the

trial Court does not conclude the trial by 31.03.2020, the petitioners are entitled to renew their request for bail. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
