THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 12132 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order, dated 28.10.2016, passed by respondent No.1.

Against the impugned order passed under Section 14-B of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1951, there is a provision for appeal to the appellate authority under Section 7-I thereof, as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, but gives liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal.
