HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 10267 of 2003 ORDER:

When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner-organization submits that the petitioner-organization filed this writ petition seeking a direction to respondents Nos.1 to 4 not to alter the existing service conditions by bringing in contract system in managing the counters for issue of Seva Tickets at Tirumala and Tirupathi, contrary to Section 33 of the Industrial Disputes Act, and to maintain status quo as on 9th May, 2003 till the dispute raised by the petitioner is adjudicated and decided by the Industrial Tribunal.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner further contends that this Court was pleased to grant interim direction on 27.5.2003 to the effect that there shall not be any displacements/deployment or retrenchment except in accordance with law, and that in view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 3.
In view of the above submission and in view of the interlocutory order passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
