O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation dated 22.08.2013 to the official respondents, not to grant any building permissions in the subject land either to the unofficial respondent No.4, or to any third parties, as there is a decree for specific performance in his favour in respect of the subject land.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Smt. Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 on instructions, submits that as on today, no permissions have been granted in the subject land, and the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for the 1st respondent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 / competent authority, to dispose of the representation stated to have been made by the petitioner on 22.08.2013, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
