This Criminal Petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2052 of 2025, dated 25.07.2025, by the learned XII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, directing him to appear before the concerned SHO on all Mondays and Fridays for a period of three months from the date of the order or until the charge sheet is filed, whichever is earlier. 2.

Madhavi Latha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition requiring the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer two days a week for three months would cause prejudice to the petitioner, as he is an employee. She further submitted that, till date, there has been no allegation

of violation of the said condition by the petitioner. Therefore, she prayed that the condition be relaxed.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2052 of 2025, dated 25.07.2025, by the learned XII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, requiring him to appear before the concerned SHO on every Monday and Friday for three months or until filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier, is hereby relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required and to cooperate with the investigation. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
