THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO M.A.C.M.A.No.3298 OF 2011 JUDGMENT:

Sri T.Mahender Rao, learned counsel, addressed a letter dated 05.09.2018 to the Registry stating that the appellantInsurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing also, the learned counsel seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount as awarded by the Motor Accidents' Claims Tribunal (IV Additional District Judge, FTC), Anantapur, to the credit of O.P. No.144 of 2009 within a period of one month from today. The amounts already deposited shall be given credit. On such deposit, the respondents-claimants are entitled to withdraw their respective share amounts.
