HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.3375 & 3376 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.3376 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 & 5, since A.4 is not a party herein, and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.484 of 2014 on the file of I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, which is outcome of crime No.220 of 2011 of Machavaram Police Station, Vijayawada, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 403, 420, 494, 496, 497 & 500 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused Nos.1 to 3 & 5 are acquitted, other than A.4, and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
