THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.24011 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner-company is that the 2nd respondent was not considering its representation dated 15-06-2018 and taking necessary action for providing protection during erection of tower at D.No.12-8-88 ward No.25, Suryalanka Road, Bapatla, Guntur District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court disposed of similar W.P.No.18791 of 2018, dated 18-06-2018 directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner therein. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 15-06-2018 is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner-company's representation and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
