BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI A.S.M.P.No.349 OF 2015 IN APPEAL SUIT No.504 of 2014 AND APPEAL SUIT No.504 OF 2014 JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This appeal, under Order XLI Rule 1 read with Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, 'CPC'), is filed challenging the judgment and decree, dated 01.04.2014, in Original Suit No.222 of 2010 passed by the VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar, whereunder and whereby, the suit filed for recovery of Rs.36,00,000/- together with interest and costs, was decreed.

2. The A.S.M.P.No.349 of 2015 is filed by the petitioner/appellant to pass judgment and decree in the appeal as per terms of compromise.

3. Heard.

4. Both the parties are present in the Court. They are identified by their respective counsel. Proofs of identity are also filed. Both the parties stated that the matter has been settled out of Court amicably with the intervention of mediators and the same has been reduced into writing. They also stated that they voluntarily entered into compromise and there is no force or pressure from anybody. So, the terms of compromise are recorded and the appeal has to be allowed in terms of the compromise.

5. Accordingly, A.S.M.P.No.349 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently the Appeal Suit is also allowed in terms of the

compromise. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. _______________________ JUSTICE K.C.
