The grievance of the petitioner-company is that the 2nd respondent was not considering its representation dated 11-05-2018 and taking necessary action for providing protection during erection of tower at Door No.2-3-81/A, old Town, Mahabubabad, Mahabubabad District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court disposed of similar W.P.No.14941 of 2016, dated 28-04-2016 directing the Station House Officer concerned to dispose of the representation of the petitioner therein. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Since the representation of the petitioner dated 11-05-2018 is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner-company's representation and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
