THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR SUO MOTU CONTEMPT CASE NO.424 OF 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) The alleged contemnor is personally present in Court and he has filed an affidavit. It appears that the apology tendered is sincere and hence we accept the same. However, we warn him that in future he must be careful. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
