HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24153 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action by considering the representation dated 28.06.2018 filed by the petitioner for ensuring protection to the tower being erected at D.No.6-48/9 in Survey No.57, situated at Anjaiah Nagar, Hasmathpet Village, Balanagar Mandal, R.R.District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of WP.No.14941 of 2016 on 28.04.2016 and the same is followed by this Court in WP.No.6213 of 2018, dated 05.03.2018.

In view of the above, and since the representation of the petitioner is pending consideration, it is not necessary for this Court to adjudicate the matter on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Alwal Police Station, Alwal, Secunderabad, to consider the petitioner company's representation dated 28.06.2018 and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
