OFFICE NOTE 28.09.2022 KS,J This Court on 08.09.2022 while granting bail to the petitioner/Accused No.2 directed the Registry to call for the report from the concerned Magistrate as to how the remand was accepted and as to how the five bail applications of the petitioner were dismissed consecutively in violation of the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In pursuance of the same, the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Excise)-cum-V Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-V Additional Metropolitan Magsitrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar submitted report dated 19.09.2022 through the Prl.District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

In view of the undertaking given by the concerned Magistrate that he would be careful in passing the judicial orders of remand following the provisions of 41(A) of Cr.P.C. and guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the High Court in various judgments, this Petition shall stand closed. ____ KS,J ns
