HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No.27457 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramakotaiah, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4.

It is the case of the petitioner that the respondents have issued house site patta to the petitioner vide Possession Certificate dt.19-02-2014 to an extent of 125 sq yds in Sy. No.170, Budakalan area, Bellampally Municipality and since then he is in possession of the same. But surprisingly, the respondents are taking steps to evict the petitioner from the possession of the land without any notice. Aggrieved thereby, the present Writ Petition is filed. Upon instructions, Sri Ramakotaiah, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, submits that the respondents are not taking any steps for evicting the petitioner and if there is any requirement, respondents would certainly initiate steps in accordance with law by issuing notice.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners without following due process of law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________ JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD Date: 11.12.2019 kvr
