On 05.12.2019, learned counsel for the respondent company represented that one of the creditors had initiated Insolvency process under Section 7 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 before the National Company Law Tribunal and a Resolution Professional was appointed vide order dated 13.04.2018. In those circumstance, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks transfer of this Company Petition to the Tribunal at Hyderabad.
