O R D E R

The case of the petitioner, as per the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition is that he was appointed as Junior Accountant in the office of the 4th respondent - Project Director, District Rural Development Agency, Khammam on 22.8.2011 on outsourcing basis. As his name was not included in the list of H.R. Policy of Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP) on par with other co-employees, he made representations for including his name. The 3rd respondent -Chief Executive Officer, SERP, Hyderabad, Telangana, by proceedings No.11154/RD/SHGC.DRDA/ADMN/2012 dated 18.01.2013, permitted the inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the list of outsourcing persons of concerned DRDAs and requested the Director, HR, CEO, SERP, for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in HR policy of SERP.

The case of the petitioner is that by virtue of inclusion of his name in the list of H.R. Policy of SERP, his past service would be considered for future benefits. In spite of the proceedings dated 18.11.2013, as the name of the petitioner was not included in the list of HR Policy of SERP of Telangana State, he made representation to the 4th respondent and the said respondent, recommended the 3rd respondent - Chief Executive Officer vide proceedings dated 11.5.2015, 4.11.2015, 27.10.2014 to include the name of the petitioner in the list of HR policy of SERP Telangana State. Since, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order, the present writ petition has been filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayt Raj.

Having regard to the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for inclusion of his name in the list of HR Policy of SERP Telangana State, in the light of the proceedings referred to above and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

No order as to costs.
