The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in issuing proceedings No.Rc.No.A1/ 2502/ 2013, dated 14.08.2013, placing the petitioner under suspension on an allegation of sending indecent message to the Superintendent and his involvement in Criminal Case vide C.C.No.910 of 2013, under Section 509 of IPC, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today at the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that entire enquiry is completed and thereafter the petitioner has been repatriated to the parent department. 4.

In view of the above submission, no orders are necessary in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
