When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, it submitted representation on 21.02.2018 to the respondent-Municipal Corporation, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation. On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri S.Laxminarayana Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation, that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondent authorities, the same will be verified and proper further action will be taken, as per law. Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to verify the representation, dated 21.02.

2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action on the said representation, as per law, as expeditiously as possible.
