This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the petitioner's appeal dt.29.12.2016 challenging his removal by order dt.22.07.2003 of the 3rd respondent.

Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, Standing Counsel for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's appeal and pass orders within a period of three

(03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dt.29.12.2016 within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
