HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27377 of 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus declaring the action of the Official Respondent Nos.1 to 3 more particularly Respondent No.3 in not registering the FIR against the Unofficial Respondent Nos.4 to 7 in pursuance of the petitioners' written complaint dt.25.11.2019 and 02.12.2019, as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard Sri Nazir Ahmed Kham, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions dt.10.12.2019, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that on complaint made by the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 to the 3rd respondent, a GD entry was made and enquiry was done. After enquiry, a case was registered in Crime No.367 of 2019 under Sections 447, 504, 506 r/w 34IPC of Vikarabad Town Police Station on 09.12.2019. He further submits that though the said complaint was registered on 25.11.2019, due to typographical error, in the FIR copy, it was mentioned as 09.12.2019.
Having regard to the above said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader that a case is registered in Crime No.367 of 2019, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
