The case of the petitioner is that she has filed an appeal vide D.Dis.B1/816/2014 dated 06.05.2015 and the same is pending before the Joint Collector, YSR Kadapa District. Aggrieved by the non disposal of the said appeal, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending disposal of the stay petition filed in the above appeal, the respondent authorities are trying to dispossess the petitioner.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the Joint Collector is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Office is directed to communicate the order to the Joint Collector, YSR Kadapa District.
