Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Pingali Lakshmi, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3. It is represented by both sides that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.16246 of 2015 dt.29-06-2015.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed and the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner without referring to the impugned shortfall notice. No costs.
