The petitioner claims that he is the owner and possessor of an extent of Ac.1-10 guntas of agricultural land in Sy.No.96/3, Khatha No.464, situated at Velishala Village, Thirumalagiri Mandal, Suryapet District. On 28.08.2019, he made an application to respondent No.3 - Tahsildar to conduct survey and demarcation of the said agricultural land. In proof of submission of such application, the petitioner also enclosed a Bank Challan dt.28.08.2019. As no action has been taken by the respondents on the said application, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the application dt.28.08.2019 made by the petitioner to conduct survey and demarcation of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1-10 guntas in Sy.No.96/3, Khatha No.464, situated at Velishala village, Thirumalagiri Mandal, Suryapet District, and take appropriate action as warranted

PNR,J W.P.No.27399 of 2019 by law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
