HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8018 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed by the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Deverakonda in Crl.P.No.1108 of 2019, vide order dated 14.11.2019. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.1 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentState. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, the application is allowed and the condition imposed by the aforesaid Court that the petitioner shall appear before the SHO concerned on every Tuesday and Friday for a period of three months or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier is relaxed and the same is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the SHO, Kondamallepally Police Station, Nalgonda District, on 1st and 16th of every month for a period of three months.
