Aggrieved by the order dated 16.05.2016 in Crl.MP.No.88 of 2012 in F.C.O.P.No.25 of 2008 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Kurnool, this revision is filed by the petitioner/ husband. 2.

Heard both sides and perused the impugned order. 3.

A perusal of the impugned order filed under Section 127 Cr.P.C. r/ w Section 7(2) of the Family Courts Act, 1986 shows that respondents 2 and 3 herein, who are wife and daughter of the revision petitioner were granted maintenance of Rs.6,000/ - p.m. each from the date of petition, while enhancing from original amount of Rs.3,000/ -p.m. each, no way requires interference. 4.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Three months time is granted for payment of all arrears in three equal monthly installments in addition to regular maintenance and any non-payment of even first installment entitles respondents 2 and 3 herein, to enforce the entire amount without any further reference to this Court. 5.
