HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.8008 of 2009 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication in view of cancellation of Mid-day Meal scheme and allotment of the scheme to Akshayapatra Foundation, which is a NonGovernmental Organization, and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
