Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring that the action of the respondent herein in discharging me from pursuing BDS Course in the 2nd respondent college under communication, dt.25-8-2010, and also not permitting me

to write my backlog examination to be held in December, 2010, or any other date as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice and consequently, set aside the communications, dt.

25-08-2010, addressed by the 2nd respondent and the decision of the respondents herein in not permitting me to write the backlog examination scheduled to be held in December, 2010, or any other date, by directing the respondents herein to permit me to attend the 2nd year classes of BDS in the 2nd respondent- college."

At the hearing, Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1- University, submitted that as the academic course of the petitioner has been completed, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Counsel for the petitioner is not present to oppose this submission.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1University, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, all the interim orders granted therein are vacated

and WPMP.Nos.38374 of 2010, 11774, 20230 and 33752 of 2011 and 17112 of 2012, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, are disposed of as infructuous.
