Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo dated 15-07-2015 stating that there are several subsequent events, which are required to be brought on record and as such, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition after incorporating subsequent events. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
