HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No.27453 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentsCorporation. It is the case of the petitioners that they are residents of premises bearing No.3-1-254 to 257, Nimboli Adda, Hyderabad, and by virtue of permit dt.20-10-2017, they have raised construction in terms of the sanctioned plan. But at the behest of the rival persons in the locality, who instigated the official respondents, on 06-12-2019, the official respondents have made an attempt to visit the premises and demolish the same without following due process of law so far no notice is issued to the petitioners in this regard.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to demolish the house of the petitioners without following due process of law. No costs.
