This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.P.No.120 of 2013 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Hyderabad, for disposal in accordance with law. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the concerned Judicial Officer was transferred. She further submitted that the very purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous.
